At Hoschai, we value your satisfaction, and we make sure to provide our tea powders in the best quality possible. Nonetheless, we will be glad to assist you in case you get a spoiled or a broken package.

Returns Policy

We accept returns only if:

  1. The original package is broken or destroyed.
  2. The tea powder inside is spoiled during delivery.

In order to make a return, you need to provide an opening video that identifies:

The opening video of the package was received.

The unboxing video should not contain any cuts or edits.

There is an external defect or damage to the product or package.

Note: Return will not be accepted without sending us a valid product opening video.

Refund Policy

The refund will be initiated only once our team confirms the issue presented in the opening video and states that:

  1. The damage was incurred in shipping.
  2. The product is within our eligibility for returns.
  3. Upon approval, the refund is sent back to your initial mode of payment in a period of 5-7 business days.

Important Notes

  • There are no returns or refunds because of a change of mind, taste preference, or courier service delay.
  • Any claim of refund or return is obligatory to the opening video.
